Hee! The trouble with RoboSam is that, ultimately, he makes Dean sad. And I don't want Dean to be sad. So if it was going to be a 'verse, it would have to move on to resouled!Sam and how they are all awkward around each other until it is somehow determined that souled!Sam also would like to be toppy yet subby with Dean.

There really isn't enough fic -- in fact, the queenklu one is the only one I know -- that explores the post-resouling implications of that weird imprinting obedience robo!Sam dynamic in wincest. So I totally approve (as do the gods) of your extending the 'verse in that direction, but I suppose then it wouldn't meet your cravings for robo!porn.
