Sam hurt so much, and I was relieved that at least Dean was there to take care of Sam's dark needs in such a gentle and non-judging way.

I loved how many sensory details you used to create such an intense atmosphere. And I simply loved the touching after the cutting, and how long they both took comfort from each other.
