I think it's somehow easier for people to perceive Spock-redux as a sexual being with a capacity for this sort of devious kinkiness, mostly because we do see him portrayed on screen in a more sexual manner than Spock Prime.
That said, I'd love any TOS fics of this nature that you might find, and this one was a lot of fun to read anyway:)
